In addition debt collection, Willner & Associates acts as a consultant for debt buyers assisting in all aspects of portfolio purchasing, including but not limited to purchase agreements, portfolio acquisition and negotiation and portfolio evaluation.

The attorneys and staff are highly trained and the firm is a proud member of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA). At least one representative of the firm is in regular attendance at most NARCA conventions and seminars.

In addition to the practice of law the attorneys of Willner & Associates are highly dedicated to the well being of their community. Nathan Willner is an officer of the Baltimore Jewish Council as well as other community committees and Karen Friedman is an Orphan’s Court Judge for Baltimore City and is on various community and national boards.
